A Shared Commitment to the Arts

Through this three-year partnership, GAR Foundation’s grant program team will oversee the management and distribution of Peg’s Foundation arts funding.

This shared commitment highlights the foundations’ dedication to the arts. Together, they honor Peg Morgan’s vision of the arts and creative expression as a cornerstone of a vibrant and connected community.

Peg's Dedication to Arts & Culture

  • Peg's is committing $1,000,000 between 2025-2027 to promote excellence and expand opportunities to experience the arts in Summit County.
  • This commitment is in addition to their recent investment in Peg’s Foundation and Gallery at 53 First Street in Hudson, Ohio. Their new campus is an inviting space for connection, art appreciation and community engagement.
  • Peg's regards the arts as a cornerstone of a vibrant and healthy society. In collaboration with GAR's expertise and community connections, both foundations aim to amplify their reach and impact.

FAQs

My organization is a current GAR and Peg's arts grantee. What should we do?

For organizations that are both GAR and Peg's arts grantees, you will only need to complete your application/report through GAR's portal. GAR will review applications and make payments on behalf of Peg’s. We think the easiest way to do that is to combine them into a single grant application and review process. Our hope is that this will reduce your administrative work when applying for grants.
