GAR Foundation is pleased to welcome Dina Younis of Akron as the new communications and event associate. Dina brings relevant experience to this role in writing, event management, marketing, and nonprofit public relations. Most recently, she held the position of grant writer at the Battered Women’s Shelter and previously served as the marketing and development director at Greenleaf Family Center. Dina received a bachelor’s in business and organizational communications with a minor in sociology from the University of Akron in 2008.

“Dina brings a wealth of experience to this role, and we believe she will be a great addition to our staff,” said Kirstin Toth, senior vice president at GAR Foundation.
